All year round, there is no shortage of cultural outings in Auch. Concert and show spaces offer quality programming, eclectic for many, organized and communicated before the start of the school year.
Cultural season Auch and surroundings
From October to May, at the Dôme de Gascogne, at the Italian-style theater, under a big top or in the neighboring villages the rich and varied shows of the cultural season : theater, contemporary and classical music, dance, circus arts, children's shows, all audiences are affected!
It is the structure of the IARC (which also gives its name to the place of its offices, in the lower town in the colorful houses of a rehabilitated former military barracks) which is the programmer, via the town's delegation, of the cultural season.
La Petite Pierre
In a small corner of our countryside, between Jegun et Castera-Verduzan, The Little Stone, like Circa, welcomes artists in residence throughout the year. Regularly, shows are scheduled in the small surrounding villages. And La Petite Pierre organizes Les P'tits Moussent, the festival loved by families during the back-to-school period!
CRI'ART
The amplified music have their structure in Auch! At CRI'ART, very often on Friday, but sometimes on Saturday, we listen to Pop – Rock – Soul – Rap – Blues – Reggae concerts throughout the year! The premises are shared with the IMAJ association and the BIJ and almost always host activities for young people, courses for budding musicians, exhibitions, etc.
Movie 32
The place won the Midi Pyrénées Architecture Prize in 2013 and the newspaper Le Monde has named it one of the five most beautiful cinemas in Europe in 2019: pretty no?
The Auch cinema, Movie 32, is above all a place to live and meet with its bistro where you can also eat, and its high-quality thematic events:

The FCMA, short film festival
Created in 2011 by high school students, today this festival receives nearly 1000 short films and since 2016 has been “squatting” at the Movie 32. The desire of the group of young people is to come together to share unique and warm moments around the cinema. Far from the glitter, the team works to offer a quality event, a hybrid event combining cinema, meetings and music. With its original programming, the FCMA is a showcase of what tomorrow's creation is and takes place in Auch in November.
Trad'Envie
Traditional balls, dance steps, songs, Gascon music tunes, great concerts under the spring sun brighten up Pavie in May.
Les P'tits Mousse
The festival for young and old which gives fishing (formerly in Castéra-Verduzan in September) is now held at Jegun in the month of June. In terms of shows and atmosphere, it’s rural and “quiet”. We go as a family... And even little ones are served!
Lo Rondèu
Le traditional music and dance festival not to be missed Castelnau-Barbarens in June ! 3 days of dance workshops, songs, games and traditional music for adults and children alike.
Les Fous Rires Gascons
2024 welcomes the 1st edition of this festival mixing humor and local produce. In April, for a month, there are 10 performances in different places in the city ofAlso : at the theater, at the Dôme de Gascogne and at the Maison de Gascogne.
The Sound of the Night
Created in 2022, it is in Auch, in September, that rock lovers and enthusiasts come together to experience a festive moment to the rhythm of music.

The land of art and history
Every quarter, the Country of Art and History publishes its agenda of discovery tours and other activities around local heritage.
Because the heritage is alive, the Country of art and history of Grand Auch, via its team of guide-lecturers (approved by the Ministry of Culture and Communication), offers guided tours all year round. They share their passion with enthusiasm through a wide variety of discovery tours and always adapting to the different members of the groups: children, adolescents, heritage experts or novices!
It is not only a question of visits, but also of sensory visits andworkshops. for 6-12 year olds (stained glass, coat of arms, modeling, etc.) and international conferences.
Other regular concert venues
From June to September, MEMENTO, the departmental center for contemporary art, opens its doors and during the summer, Wednesday night is always dedicated to a concert, in the courtyard of the old Carmel. The special atmosphere of the place magnifies the programming, which is always very current and eclectic!
Cafes and bistros sometimes offer a few concerts, sometimes intimate, sometimes ultra festive and general public: this is the case at theIrish Rock Cafe, Brasserie Le France, Brasserie Le Daroles in the upper town, at the cinema bistro, at the V&B visit us at the CRU in the lower town, at the La Légende Irishe pub in Jégun…
