1- In the square in front of the Town Hall, take the path on the left up to the fork, passing on the side of the Saint Jean-Baptiste Church. Cross the road (be careful ...) to descend towards "Lalanne". Continue straight on, leaving a metal sculpture on your left and go to "En Pelat".
2- Turn right towards "Moussas" and join the tarmac road. Be careful again ...
3- Go left then right on the GR towards the national forest of "Larrama" and follow the GR towards "Lablènerie" then "Juillan". A few meters later on the left, you will see the village of Saint-Lary.
4- At the intersection on the tarmac road go down to the right to the bottom of the “S” bend.
5- Fork left before the bridge then turn right to join the road and go left. Before the lake, continue to the right by the climbing path.
6- Arriving on the road, turn left. Then turn right on the first road towards Peyrusse-Massas. After the “Caprice des vents” house, take the path to the right along the fields towards “Piquet ruins”. On leaving the wood, go right (see the village of Roquelaure).
7- Head right then left to reach the road (be careful ...) which goes back to the village.
