The house is on the garden level, on a single level of approximately 30m2. You access it from the courtyard shared with the tenants' home. It is made up of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk, and a small bathroom - WC. An extra bed is installed on request, for example for a child.
It is located in a small, quiet cul-de-sac. It is cool in summer. It is possible to park on site, in the courtyard.
The large garden is wooded, secure and closed. A lunch area with table and chairs is reserved for you. Animals can be free there.
Arrival and departure can be done independently via a key box equipped with a code.
Animals are welcome but they must not climb on the bed, except cuddly cats :)
