VILLAGE OF AUTERRIVE

During the Revolution and until 1822, the town will bear the name of Marseillan d'Astarac. It is sometimes spelled with a single r: Auterive.

Pleasantly located near the meanders of the Gers, old water mill (private property) behind the church - the Moulin de Dessus. There are also two windmills, private property and a renovated sundial on the front of the hostel.

To discover in Auterrive:
- the Church of Notre-Dame preserves the date of 1650 under its porch.
- mills (private)
- a beautiful sundial

Village of the Country of Art and History of Grand Auch, guided tours are offered by guide-lecturers (all year round for groups by reservation, according to a calendar for individuals). All dates and practical information are available from the Grand Auch tourist office.
