L'Olivette is a pizzeria run by Valentin and Anne. They succeed the pizzeria "Saveurs d'Iséo" since September 2021.
Manager of a restaurant and then of a pizza truck, Valentin, passionate and committed arrives 13th at the world championships in 2012.
The couple's pizzas are made from Italian flour, mother sourdough which matures at least 48 hours to ensure a unique taste and good digestibility.
The products used are fresh and the pizzas are generous.
The desserts offered are homemade by Anne (panna cotta, cherry tiramisu ...)
