Le Gavachon, a renovated and modernized old farmhouse, has 5 characterful guest rooms as well as an independent gîte.
Formerly a wine estate of around a hundred hectares, an old "borde" remodeled many times and transformed into a large mansion, Le Gavachon has been completely restored while retaining its typical Gascon architectural character.
In the countryside and 10 minutes from Auch, this building surrounded by a magnificent 15-hectare wooded park, has a family suite on the ground floor and 4 other bedrooms upstairs.
- 1 bedroom of 25 m² with walk-in shower and separate toilet, with view of the park,
- 1 bedroom of 25 m² with bath/shower and separate closed toilet,
- 2 bedrooms of 40 m² fitted out in the main building as an extension of the main house, accessible by a footbridge above the barn. One has a shower room and the other a bathroom. The refined style and stone walls give them modernity and comfort.
- 1 independent cottage: this small building adjoining the house is converted into a 70 m² family suite comprising: a 35 m² living room with kitchenette, a master bedroom with a double bed (160) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90). The cottage is intended to accommodate a family who share the same bathroom and who stay at least 2 nights minimum. In the lawned courtyard shared with the gîte, the cottage has garden furniture and a ping-pong table.
The swimming pool and the tennis court (communal, very close by) will be considerable assets to perfect your stay and enjoy the beautiful days.
For breakfast, Philippe favours local and organic products: freshly squeezed orange juice, hot drinks, pastries and daily bread, jams, seasonal fruits and local sheep's milk yoghurt.
You also have the option of renting the gîte "Les Rosiers" for 5/7 people for the week.
