Meet Charles Schmidt, passionate character, former painter and sculptor, at the Potiron workshop.
All his knives, unique pieces, are entirely handmade. Despite their elegance and finesse, they are designed to be used (first prices from 400 euros).
The handles in the best quality stainless steel or titanium, are always richly engraved with a chisel, and sometimes inlaid with precious stones.
Passionate about crafts? Make an appointment to immerse yourself in the world of Charles, who explains his passion and the making of his knives.

Take advantage of being in the small village of Jégun to give yourself a relaxing break in the garden of Vassevin. From the town of the village, take the Chemin de la Fontaine de Vassevin, and in ten minutes on foot, you have arrived!
