POP CIRCUS course During the school holidays, the Pop Circus offers courses for children from all backgrounds. For children, the circus represents a magical universe and we will help them unravel its mysteries From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 17 p.m., children will be able to practice: juggling, balancing on objects, acrobatics, acting, trapeze and others disciplines! Reception is provided from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m., possibility of picnicking at the premises under the supervision of the facilitators. Leaving a large part to dreams and imagination, the practice is done around a specific theme with the children at the start of the week. A presentation of the work will be presented to parents at the end of the course. The circus is a bodily activity, of prowess and expression where each child finds, depending on their abilities, their place within the group. It is a tool for exchanges, listening to oneself and others, developing motor skills, surpassing oneself. At each age, its troop: - Internship (6 – 9 years), nourished artist seeds with fun games and circus technique discoveries.- Course (9 – 13 years old), introductory group and deepening of acrobatic basics, they will discover all the disciplines of circus arts. Practicing circus activities allows them to: • Know your body better and better, while improving your physical skills. • Develop your artistic and technical knowledge and share it with others. • Know how to deal with an audience, be capable of critical thinking, and overcome your apprehension. • Facilitate the development of initiative, imagination and creation. The aim of these activities is above all the personal development of each person within a group. The resources mobilized are different depending on ages and abilities and the budding artist is faced with a situation that he can understand and that he wants to accomplish. GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION These courses take place in the Pop premises. room for amateur practice of 500m², mini shuttlecock, large trampoline, German wheel, Chinese mast, aerial structure (trapeze, fabrics, rope) and all the specific equipment (ball, wire, juggling, etc.) TROUSSEAUPlan a picnic, a snack, a water bottle and appropriate clothing.SUPERVISIONWith professional equipment, they are supervised by competent facilitators (BPJEPS AND BIAC graduate) with appropriate safety measures: various landing mats, safety lanyard.NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS 20LEVEL Stage 6-9 years: - from February 12 to 16, 2024- from April 08 to 12, 2024- from April 15 to 19, 2024- from July 15 to 19, 2024- from July 22 to 26, 2024- from August 19 to 23, 2024 Course 9-13 years old:- from February 19 to 23, 2024 - August 26 to 30, 2024 ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE 5 days a week from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. / 20 participants.
