From the road, your eyes are already amazed at the sight of castle dominated by its vines. Leave your vehicle in the outdoor parking lot and walk to the entrance porch, then at the back of the courtyard to the large cellar door.

The magic happens from the first seconds

Imagine yourself in the heart of a preserved area of 80 hectares made up of land, moors, woods and vineyards on hillsides, crossed by the Baïse river where a medieval mill and its fortified tower stand. It is within this bucolic setting imbued with serenity that a lovely family story has been playing out since 1999...

Organic and biodynamic wines

At the head of the estate, Carine and Hélène carry out all the activities involved in their profession as “independent winegrowers”: vine growing, harvesting, vinification and aging of the wines – in vats, barrels and jars – then marketing through circuits short.
Certified organic since 2010 and biodynamic since 2020, their wines for aging are available in three ranges and three colors, which highlight terroirs and vintages.

They are the ones who talk about it best

Enthusiastic and passionate, they are keen to discuss their commitments and their work throughout the seasons in a 'discovery' or 'express' visit format.
The (very beautiful) sales cellar is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m., includes a reading and games area for the youngest and regularly hosts exhibitions...

A philosophy that is shared

The importance of cycles, respect for living things, peasant agriculture, love of the land and gastronomy, the authenticity of encounters, exchanges around art and ideas... this is what drives winegrowers and is an integral part of Herrebouc’s identity.
