FIELD OF HERREBOUC

The Domaine de Herrebouc is located on the banks of the Baïse, in Saint-Jean-Poutge, a few kilometers from Auch.
The vines cover 18 hectares of clay-limestone hillsides which dominate the site of the castle and the mill built at the end of the XNUMXth century.
This independent family estate, for whom the quality of the grapes is at the center of all the vinification and aging work, masters the management of yields.
Rigorous work in the cellar allows Carine Fitte and Hélène Archidec to develop wines for gastronomy and aging, with a marked vintage effect, which today seem to seduce. The production has been certified in organic farming since 2010 and since 2019 in biodynamics by Ecocert.

The guided sale is offered all year round, as well as guided tasting slots.

The “discovery of the estate and its wines” visit by reservation only: exterior visit to the historic site and presentation of the estate, visit to the cellar focusing on organic and biodynamic work and guided tasting of 8 to 10 wines.

“Express” visits to the cellar are also possible, upon reservation. On the program: direct welcome to the cellar, visit focused on the production of wines in an artisanal manner, guided tasting of 6 wines.

All year round, take advantage of events organized on the estate such as the Easter and Pentecost open days, the organic winegrowers' market and the grape harvest.
