Domaine de Herrebouc is located on the banks of the Baïse, in Saint-Jean-Poutge, a few kilometers from Auch. This independent family estate produces organic Côtes de Gascogne wines, full of character.
The vines cover 18 hectares of clay-limestone hillsides which dominate the site of the castle and the mill built at the end of the XNUMXth century.
This independent family estate, for whom the quality of the grapes is at the center of all the vinification and aging work, masters the management of yields.
Rigorous work in the cellar allows Carine Fitte and Hélène Archidec to develop wines for gastronomy and aging, with a marked vintage effect, which today seem to seduce. The production has been certified in organic farming since 2010 and since 2019 in biodynamics by Ecocert.
