The Cooking Workshop in Gascony

Pascale Salam Jaubert grew up in her native Gers and has been cooking since a young age with her mother and grandmother, but never thought she would make it her career. However, cooking became a natural choice from the age of 7 or 8 and has become a true passion.

In the heart of the town of Auch, with a breathtaking view of the cathedral and the Pyrenees, Pascale Salam Jaubert welcomes you to her bright, light and spacious workshop to learn how to carve, roast, sear, shape, line, garnish, cook and taste in a friendly atmosphere with professional equipment.

A place for discussion around cooking, transmission and taste, accessible to all and for all levels, the workshop offers varied menus according to the seasons, in short circuits and based on real cooking techniques.

Also for your company meetings in order to unite, give or restore links in your teams, Pascale can organize cooking classes and competitions.

Pascale is also a consultant and can provide, according to your specifications, culinary photos in your image for your communication media: brochure, leaflet, social networks. She can also provide recipe videos as well as develop recipes or restaurant menus.

You come to the course with your basket, the ingredients are provided, you cook with the chef. The Workshops take place in small groups (between 3 and 8 people maximum) for better learning, you leave with 2 portions of your productions on each workshop and you do not do the dishes !! The courses are in French, but can be in English.
