Terre Blanche is an artisanal cannery specializing in cooking and tasting ducks. The family cannery was created in 1982, to cook the best of Gers gastronomy.
Christine will reveal her secrets to you in the art of cooking fat duck, in the purest Gascon tradition.
In summer, on Thursday mornings, “Gascon breakfast”, duck cooking demonstration and tasting, by reservation.
