We met him at the end of 2023 alongside Marie-Pierre Vieu, journalist, as part of the project initiated by La Région Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditionranée: the book “Peasants of Occitanie”.
In the latter: 14 portraits (photos and texts) of young farmers, one per department and a couple of oyster farmers who, far from statistics and clichés, provide a snapshot of peasant life in the France of 2023
