The history of Domaine de Bilé began in 1962, with the installation of the Della Vedove family in the south of the Gers in the commune of Bassoues. From 1968, the first rows of vines were planted and it was in 1973 that the first vintage of Eau de vie was distilled. Today Didier and Marie-Claude as well as their children Romain, Thibault and Lisa continue the adventure of the Domaine and share it with you during a guided tour of their vineyard, the wine cellars and the aging cellars of Armagnac. . The manufacturing techniques of the different productions, regularly rewarded in numerous competitions, will be explained to you.
A free tasting of Côtes de Gascogne wines, Floc de Gascogne and vintage Armagnacs will be offered to you at the end of the visit. Every year, many medals reward the work of the winegrowers: the white and rosé Flocs de Gascogne were selected for the 2022 Hachette wine guide and the White Floc received a silver medal at the CGA Paris 2020.
Various on-site activities: artist exhibitions, fun hiking trails to discover the grape varieties in the vineyard and hiking around a lake and in a forest, picnic area, rental of electronic bicycles.
Picnic day at the independent winegrower (national date). In summer, organization of country breakfasts, Friday evenings in summer in the heart of a vineyard: concert evening and Food & Wine pairings. Doors open around distillation in November with entertainment,
