Requested by the Toulouse tourist office and the Occitanie Regional Tourism Committee, the tourist office participates in the Toulouse Destination Contract.
Toulouse, gateway
The destination contracts are State measures, operated by the Atout France agency, and whose objective is to ensure the promotion of major international destinations.
Toulouse has been the winner of this system since 2022 and the tourist office was asked to participate in this system, by co-financing part of the actions and, by offering experiences.
It is jointly, with the Gers CDT and the Gers Reservation central reservation, that the Gers Department is participating in this project.
Target audiences
The target audiences are European destinations with a direct plane line to Toulouse Blagnac airport.
In 2023, the 4 priority markets were:
- The United Kingdom
- Germany
- Spain
- Belgium
The actions are mainly undertaken with web campaigns with mini-landing sites:

A media operation was also carried out with Berlge RTBF television and the hosting of the show “L’évapée bleue du Beau Vélo de RAVel”.

3 years of actions
Destination contracts are arrangements with a duration of 3 years. The 2024 action plan is currently being designed with:
- Continuing actions in the 4 priority markets of 2023
- The launch of actions towards the Swiss market
The 2024 action budget will be similar to that of 2023, i.e. €190 with a contribution of €000 from the Grand Auch Coeur de Gascogne tourist office.
