Goose and duck specialists offer you the products they produce on their farm in Dému. At Comptoir de Tistou, you will find 100% southwestern products: duck confit, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, stuffed goose necks, gizzards, rillettes, and many other delicacies.
Gers wines also have their place here! The 1st floor is also reserved for them (Côtes de Gascogne, Saint-Mont and Armagnac).
Peckish ? For lunch, sit on the terrace, enjoy the magnificent view of the cathedral and feast your taste buds (Gascon salad, sandwich with half-cooked foie gras, Gascon wrap, tasting boards, apple crumble ...), from May to the end of August.
