In the Castéra-Verduzan countryside, the Bidache farm raises, in the open air, the rustic and local breed of Gascon black pigs.
500 m from the village towards Vieux Castéra, the Ferme de Bidache opens its doors to you to discover the real Gascon pigs. Visit the maternity ward then observe the pigs in the meadows and finish with a tasting.
The shop area offers for sale: fresh meat, cured meats, preserves and ready meals.
Guided tours for families and groups are free, upon reservation.
Every summer, the Ferme de Bidache organizes the Fête du porc noir gascon and invites you to enjoy a 100% Gascon meal in a friendly atmosphere! In 2025, meet on Sunday August 3 for a festive day.
You can also find products from the Ferme de Bidache at the Auch market on Saturday mornings.
