Aïda welcomes you to a beautiful stone building, typical of Gascony, in the heart of one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France".
On the main street, Wisteria is a café, restaurant and tea room offering traditional, family cuisine, made with fresh, mostly local or organic produce.
The house specialty: pork cheek and gratin dauphinois, duck parmentier with candied onions, fish (or chicken) and chips, veggie or beef lasagna, plate of roasted camembert, all accompanied by salad and potato fries!
But also in summer: Several various mixed salads (melon, ham, ravioli, lentils, watermelon, etc.) and its superb mixed platters (charcuterie, cheese, fried salad) to share.
The Lavardens night markets in July and August are known and highly coveted by locals and visitors.
The Wisteria provides the terrace and large tables outside. An orchestra installed next to the terrace gives a friendly and festive atmosphere; during the market you laugh, taste and laugh, you come to meet the producers and artisans of the Gers region!
The Wisteria organizes evenings and concerts with often local artists, but also karaoke evenings and belote tournaments.
