Located in the heart of the Gers, halfway between Auch and Condom, the Thermes hotel-restaurant is in the charming spa village of Castéra-Verduzan. Enjoy traditional, "homemade" cuisine, prepared on site.

Among the specialties on offer, you will find, among others, garbure and its duck confit sleeve, black pudding pastilla with apples and its creamy Gascony mustard, duck breast escalope and its "Rossini" style foie gras.

From aperitif to digestive, the menu is essentially made up of local or southwest wines or aperitifs.

The tables on the terrace are set up as soon as the fine weather arrives.
