The Counter of Tistou

Come to the heart of the historic center of Auch to discover the goose and duck specialties prepared by Maison Ramajo in Dému.

At Comptoir de Tistou you will find 100% southwest products: duck confit, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, stuffed goose necks, gizzards, rillettes, and many other delights.

Gers wines also have their place here! The 1st floor is also reserved for them (Côtes de Gascogne, Saint-Mont and Armagnac).

Feeling peckish? In July and August, sit down for lunch on the terrace, enjoy the magnificent view of the cathedral and treat your taste buds (Gascon salad, semi-cooked foie gras sandwich, Gascon wrap, tasting boards, apple crumble, etc.). The rest of the year, a light meal (sandwich) is available.
