Le Rugby Club Auch, the tourist office, the FCAG former days' association and the Ferme de la Gouardère offer, in this year of the Rugby World Cup, an immersion in Gers rugby.
Program
During a morning:
- The association of former players tells you about therugby and club history with passion, punctuated with crisp anecdotes and interventions from current RCA players.
- Then, place to the practice of leisure rugby, accessible to everyone : it's a time to discover some basics and try this sport in the form of games, and especially in a good mood. No plating! This moment really wants to be accessible to everyone.
- Of course, this activity cannot be completed without the 3e half time where La Gouardère treats you: a moment of sharing and exchange.

Conviviality
Rugby is to Gers what canelé is to Bordeaux. For its values from the land, it is not surprising to see the emergence, over each decade, of nuggets formed in our clubs.
Auch, school of champions
Jacques FOUROUX proudly wore the French rooster on his chest from 1976 to 1981 as a player and captain of the French team. Later he became the coach of the XV of France; in Auch, the stadium bears his name.
Jean LE DROFF, Jacques BRUNEL, BEROT, Fabien BARCELLA, Greg PATAT, Stéphane and Paul GRAOU, Benoît BOURRUST, CORATO, Gerg ALLDRITT, Antoine DUPONT, Anthony JELONCH, Pierre BOURGARIT, Matthis LEBEL and we forget some in this list which speaks to amateurs the oval ball…: all have passed through the Auch club or the Gers!
On the rugby 7s side, the Gers is not to be outdone with Patrick BOSQUE player in the France team, then coach, and more recently Paulin RIVA captain of the Blues.
And also women's rugby
Odette DESPRATS is part of the 1st women's international during the 1er women's international match on June 13, 1982. A player in Auch, she is still very active in the world of rugby through her role as federal representative or match delegate.
They are 4 players in Auch to have worn the tricolor jersey. She has stories to tell!
