The library of Auch was officially created in 1791. Installed in the old chapel of the 21th century Carmelites, its ancient collection contains more than 000 manuscripts and incunabula.
Located in the historic center of Auch, a stone's throw from the Sainte-Marie cathedral, the media library offers a wide range of products: books, comics, old collections, music, etc.
It also offers workspaces.
It is also a place for exhibitions and meetings with authors, and where you can attend conferences, training sessions, shows… Not forgetting the music library which has a wide selection of jazz and classical albums (see program in our agenda or on the media library website).
It also offers digital workshops, a digital room and practical services: wifi, printing, scanning.
