This building is the former chapel of the Couvent des Carmes which was created in 1708 a few years after the creation of the bastide of Pavie.
It currently houses: The Media Library, The Bernard IV room in Astarac with a capacity of 130 seats, a venue for concerts, exhibitions, seminars, and 2 meeting rooms with 24 seats.
