1- Start behind the town hall. Walk along Lannelongue Park. At the gym, turn left onto the path that runs along the river (yellow-red GRP C½ur de Gascogne markings).
2- Follow the D132 to the left and cross the bridge over the Auloue. Cross the D930, go up a path to the right and cross the Vieux Castéra.
3- Continue to Bourdette and walk on the ridge which dominates the Auloue valley. Pass Jouaitard and continue straight on the municipal road (at Sonnard, you leave the GRP markings).
4- At the crossroads, follow the road to the left for 1,5 km, then always to the left until the D303. Turn right and immediately left towards La Bruche.
5- Continue straight ahead to pass the farm.
> Variation: Fork to the left and follow the stone path at the foot of the water tower for 1 km. Go down to the hamlet of Mounouat, walk along the shed and take the path that leads to the cemetery. Continue on the D303 to the right, then the D42 to the left, to the village.
6- Join La Barthe on your left and continue by the municipal road. At an intersection, turn left: the path passes near the Commanderie.
7- Take the D42 on the left (on the right, racecourse) and take the first tarmac path on the right. Cross the bridge over the Auloue, continue straight on until crossing the D930 and continue opposite, on the road that leads to Larroque.
8- Take the dirt road on the left (GRP markings), cross a grove and descend towards the D158 which you follow on the left for 400m.
9- At Hiton, turn right. At the intersection, continue to the left, pass the old chapel and the Verduzan cemetery (listed cross). The small road brings you back to Lannelongue park and to your starting point.

Take advantage of the white sands of the Castéra-Verduzan leisure center to sunbathe. For the more cautious, treat yourself to a well-being break at the Castéra-Verduzan thermal center.
