Take the shared staircase which serves the owner's apartment on the first floor, then the second staircase to reach the 38m² rental floor under the roof.
This space includes:
- a bedroom with linen provided,
- a relaxation room where you will find an armchair, books, a desk and even a hammock, as well as a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave and a top fridge,
- a small bathroom with WC and sink.

The bathroom, with walk-in shower, is shared with the owner.
A bicycle (non-electric hybrid) can be made available on request and municipal electric bicycles can be rented nearby.
Breakfast (available for an additional fee upon reservation) can be enjoyed on the communal terrace on sunny days. There you can admire the beautiful view of the Ortholan garden and the Sainte-Marie Cathedral of Auch.
