Welcome to the Gers, to the domain of “La tour de Pérès”, ideally located between Auch and Condom.
The gîte “La cave de Pérès” was completely renovated in 2023 to provide greater comfort. It can accommodate 3 to 5 people.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with television and dining room with reversible air conditioning, a bathroom with washing machine.
On the night side, the house consists of two bedrooms: one for 2 people (160x200 bed) and another for one person (90x190 single bed).
In addition in the living room a sofa bed for 2 people.
During your stay you will have access to the swimming pool (14x7), the relaxation area and the covered and secure parking.
Chris and Herman, your hosts, will be happy to accompany you during your stay to discover the little local treasures: cultural events, good addresses, festivities...
Also on site: 3 guest rooms, a gîte for 2 people, the possibility of parking a motorhome (water, electricity, outdoor toilet €15).
