In partnership with the city of Auch, the tourist office launched a promotional campaign in June 2020 to support tourism professionals.

All actions are organized in Toulouse and its metropolitan area. Nearly 700 people are potentially affected, which already constitutes a significant reservoir of local visitors.

The chosen message is linked to the end of containment, and therefore focused on the message "go green", with the hashtag #sortir_enfin.

The campaign is organized in 3 stages and on 3 major supports:

  • 1 digital campaign on Facebook and Instagram from June 22 to July 06 (1 views - 200 clicks)
  • 1 poster campaign in Toulouse from July 8 to 14 (70 faces for an audience of nearly 600 contacts)
  • 1 radio campaign from August 31 to September 26 (spots and a game).

The radio campaign

It takes place from August 31, 2020 to September 26:

  • 3 20-second spots are broadcast with, on one of them, the announcement of the current CIRCa Circus Festival,
  • or 216 spots in total,
  • on the air of Virgin Radio and RFM radios,
  • in the Toulouse and Haute-Garonne area.

La campaign is coupled with a game on the air of Virgin Radio from September 19 to 25. To advertise this game and strengthen its communication, the radio provides:

  • the broadcast of 35 game promo spots of 30 seconds in floating time (from 7 a.m. to 20 p.m.) on the Virgin transmitters in Toulouse, Auch and Agen,
  • the dissemination of a Facebook post on the Virgin Radio Midi-Pyrénées page,
  • 5 speaks animator.

From Monday, July 13, the tourist office is launching a campaign on the leboncoin.fr site to promote the offer Family Plus label.

An image and notoriety campaign in the ex-Midi-Pyrénées and ex-Aquitaine regions for a period of 15 days.

Specific operations for the Museum of the Americas – Auch

In the programme :

  • Presence in the summer guide of the Dépêche du Gers »This summer in Auch… Treat yourself to the Americas! ".
  • Campaign from July 21 to 27 in Toulouse with 125 rear faces on all buses in the agglomeration. An estimated audience of 650 contacts.
