Immersion at Domaine de Herrebouc, an organic and biodynamic vineyard in Gascony
Direction Saint-jean-poutge, to live a rare experience in the heart of the Domain of Herrebouc, a vineyard certified in organic and biodynamic agriculture, where only the estate's grapes are vinified on site, by hand. The wines are then aged in vats, jars or oak barrels, to highlight the potential of each vintage and reveal its aging potential.

A place rich in history and biodiversity

In 2004, the first Herrebouc wines were born, in the cellar renovated by Carine Fitte and Hélène Archidec, on the family property acquired five years earlier.
Ce exceptional site whose castle is registered in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments, nestles in the heart of the Baïse River. An ambitious renovation of the building, a complete restructuring of the vineyard in 1999 and investment in a modern production tool have allowed the revival of this 18-hectare vineyard, on clay-limestone hillsides, surrounded by rich and preserved nature.
A strong commitment to living wines
For more than 20 years, the vines of Herrebouc have been cultivated in organic farming and for 5 years in biodynamic agriculture Demeter certified. A demanding approach to vineyard work that relies on natural soil fertility and plant health. No synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard, the absence or strict minimum of inputs in the winery, and vinification using indigenous yeasts help preserve the authenticity and identity of the Herrebouc terroir.
