La Ferme du Hitton was voted France's favorite farm in 2021: a great reward that highlights the products of this farm in the heart of the Gers!

In the heart of the Gers, in the town of Biran, between Auch and Vic-Fezensac, on a 45-hectare property, discover this astonishing breeding of Pyrenees donkeys, a protected local breed.
Caress the donkeys and their mothers, witness the care and milking and taste their precious milk. Visit the lavender grove, and depending on the season, witness the harvest and distillation. Go for a walk through the woods and meadows of the property. A little air of Provence in the heart of Gers!

La Ferme du Hitton is certified in organic farming but is committed to respecting even stricter rules in terms of respect for the environment, respect for people and animals and is labeled Nature and Progress. In 2017, she won the National Prize for organic agro-food creation and then the 2018 National Prize for agro-biodiversity, thanks to the protection of the Pyrenean donkey breed.
