In a site classified as "remarkable" since 1934, this former windmill, located a few minutes from the village of Montegut, can be discovered from the GR653, Voie d'Arles des Chemins de St Jacques de Compostelle. The trail runs on a limestone hillside facing south, in a Mediterranean atmosphere with its specific flora and fauna. The walker can see the Pyrenees on a clear day, and in any case will be charmed by the remarkable landscapes and the pretty viewpoint offered by the village and its castle.
