Listed in the supplementary inventory of Historical Monuments, it houses a vaulted passage where the harrow once slid, which was lowered to close the passage.
Hinges indicate that a door completed the device. Some vestiges of the ramparts still remain. Houses are attached to it. These walls were formerly protected by a moat.
In July and August, it is possible to request the keys to the door which allow access to the 1st floor of the tower.
