Auch will be the starting city of the 12th stage of the Tour de France, Thursday, July 17, 2025.

Before start of the race (after the Souson area – RN 21 in Pavie) a parade is held in the city center from the fictitious starting point: Place de la Libération, at 13:05 p.m. The caravan is scheduled to leave at 11 a.m.
- Access to the city:
- From Toulouse Between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m., nearly 1 organization vehicles will arrive via the Justes roundabout. A diversion will be planned at the Saint-Cricq roundabout.
- From the Lannemezan road : diversion at Auterive to join the Lavacant path.
- From Fleurance, diversion towards Roquelaure, then via Preignan to reduce access to the Justes roundabout.

- You are a bus user LiO ? Only the following lines are impacted:
- Lines 933 (Auch-Montauban), 934 (Auch-Aire sur Adour), 935 (Auch-Toulouse) and 951 (Auch-Condom): no stops at Allées Baylac from July 16 at 14 p.m. to July 17 at 18 p.m. All stops will be at the SNCF train station.
- Line 931 (Auch-Tarbes): in the Auch-Tarbes direction, departures at 10:30 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. are canceled and in the Tarbes-Auch direction, departures at 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. are canceled.
- Parking and traffic : we invite you to carefully consult the interactive map above (as well as the legend and comments). A significant number of details are provided, depending on the different sectors of the city.
- In the historic center (upper town, purple area on the map): parking lots will be closed from Wednesday, July 16 at 8 a.m. (municipal decrees) except for the underground parking lot which will remain open from 7 a.m. to 20 p.m. the day before. Traffic will close at 4 a.m. on Thursday, July 17. It will return to normal from 15 p.m. (except for rue du Docteur Samalens because the Tour village is located on the allées d'Étigny).
- In the rest of the city, along the entire route and its side streets: closed on Thursday, July 17 at 8:30 a.m. and reopened at 15 p.m.
- A large portion of the parking lots will be occupied by the Tour de France organization and therefore inaccessible. We invite you once again to refer to the interactive map.
- Access and parking for people with reduced mobility (PRM) : the usual parking lots in the historic center will not be accessible. On the other hand, 10 parking spaces will be available on avenue d'Alsace (see map), upon presentation of the badge, allowing you to enjoy the event and its activities (Quai Lissagaray and Halle Verdier).
- Would you like to come by bike? Free, monitored bicycle parking is available from 10 a.m. to 14 p.m. so you can enjoy your day in complete peace of mind. Click on the following link to reserve your space (100 places available).
- Medical staff / caregivers : no exemption. Contact the prefecture for any questions.
- Temporary drinking water points and toilets will be installed in the historic center.
- access Italian theater and Hall of Illustrious located in the town hall, exceptionally impossible from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. that day. Reopening from 13:30 p.m.
- Our panorama room (3rd floor of the tourist office) will be closed from 10 a.m. to 15 p.m.
A few tips
- Choose walking or cycling to get around if you can. Click on the following link to reserve your bicycle parking.
- If your job allows it, teleworking is strongly recommended on this day.
- Are you a retailer, craftsman, or restaurateur? We recommend planning your deliveries ahead of time. Access to the city will be very difficult until 15 p.m.
- Are you a regular at the Thursday market? Please note that it will be canceled. However, you can still enjoy the gourmet stage : a producers and caterers market set up on Quai Lissagaray and at Halle Verdier, from the morning.
