The count of Astarac and the abbot of Berdoues founded the bastide of Pavie in 1281 under the leadership of Eustache de Beaumarchais, representative of the royal power. Follow in the footsteps of the medieval village, in search of its market hall and its fortifications, then explore its parish church and Carmelite convent.
