The Gers, land of gourmands and gourmets! The “Les Agri-Culturels 32” association brings together certified organic local producers as well as an organic traveling bulk grocery store.
Since 2018, local producers have been offering their products on Wednesdays in Auch at 5 rue Racine during the "Hebdos Bios" (Organic Weekly Market). This market now takes place on the esplanade of the new shopping center in the Garros district!
The permanent exhibitors, most of whom are members of the Arbolèts Farmers' Collective, offer: fruits and vegetables, dairy products (yogurt, cow, goat and sheep cheeses), meat (lamb, Gascon black pork), bread, flour, oils, eggs...
More exceptionally, a beekeeper can be found there.
They occasionally organize events around local products, agriculture and heritage.
