The purpose of the “Auch, le Goût!” festival is to highlight Gascon gastronomic heritage by involving all its stakeholders: producers, cooks, table arts and customers…
Every year, you are offered a unique gastronomic experience that highlights local products and the culinary traditions of the region.
Provisional program :
- Friday lunchtime: L’école du Goût - meals in schools and hospitals in Auch and Gers
- Friday evening: Gastronomic dinner in an unusual place in Auch
- Saturday morning: on the cathedral forecourt, the Auch le Goût producers' village and its activities: cooking competitions, demonstrations, meetings with chefs, etc.
- Saturday lunchtime: La Gasconade - gourmet, festive and friendly meal in an unusual place in Auch
