On the program, masterclasses in cutting Black Pork from Bigorre AOP ham on the bone, wood carving with a chainsaw of a Black Pig from Bigorre, demonstration of training herding dogs with sheep, farmers' market and crafts , guided tours of the farm, brulot, flambadou, concerts with the Adishatz du Magnoac (Bigourdans singers) and MR Greg.
Evening meal: 400g loin chops of Black Pork from Bigorre AOP grilled by "Gueuleton".
